Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager - Product Analytics, Risk & Controls in Pune to lead data-driven analysis for risk and enterprise-process solutions. You will translate business priorities into scalable product capabilities, while managing analysts, quality and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include owning the analytics strategy, discovery, modeling, validation and governance, plus guiding SQL and Python-driven work and ensuring release readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong product analyst or product management background with advanced SQL.
• Hands-on Python capability is mandatory for data analysis, validation and prototyping.
• Hands-on quality assurance, test planning, defect triage and data reconciliation experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, structured communication and team leadership.
• Exposure to Databricks, full stack development or AI is advantageous.

Manager - Product Analytics, Risk & Controls

Experience: 8-10 years

Lead product analysis and delivery for data-driven risk, controls and enterprise-process solutions. Translate business priorities into scalable product capabilities while managing analysts, quality and senior stakeholders.

Preferred

• Risk and controls or Internal Audit experience.
• Experience delivering analytics or AI-enabled products in SAP, Oracle or similar enterprise environments.
