Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Rigless Drilling Operations Foreman to supervise rigless drilling, well completion and workover activities at remote onshore and offshore sites. You will ensure safe execution of well programs in line with procedures and industry standards.

We value strong knowledge of BOP requirements, contractor management, and Saudi Aramco standards. The role includes a 28-days-on/28-days-off rotation at remote locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in rigless drilling, well completion or workover operations.
• Experience supervising complex or critical wells (deep, high-pressure, sour-gas, deviated).
• Strong knowledge of well-site safety, BOP requirements, procedures and contractor management.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures preferred.
• Willingness to work a 28-days-on/28-days-off rotational schedule at remote locations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise rigless drilling, well completion and workover operations at remote onshore and offshore sites.
• Ensure safety and adherence to approved well programs, SOPs and HSE standards.
• Coordinate contractors, services, equipment, logistics and site support.
• Monitor progress, materials, costs and maintain daily reports.
• Ensure contractor compliance with contractual requirements and equipment specs.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising safety or objectives.
• Provide field guidance and on-the-job training to less experienced personnel.

The Rigless Drilling Operations Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating rigless drilling, well completion, and workover activities at onshore and offshore well sites. The role ensures safe, efficient, and timely execution of well programs in accordance with approved procedures, industry standards, and Saudi Aramco requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise rigless drilling, well completion, and workover operations at remote onshore and offshore well locations.
• Ensure all operations are performed safely and in accordance with approved well programs, SOPs, industry best practices, and HSE standards.
• Coordinate contractors, well services, equipment, materials, logistics, transportation, and site support required for operations.
• Ensure compliance withBlowout Prevention (BOP)standards, equipment testing requirements, and emergency response procedures.
• Monitor operational progress, materials, equipment, service-company activities, and associated costs; maintain accurate daily reports.
• Ensure contractor compliance with contractual requirements, personnel competency, and equipment specifications.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvement without compromising safety or well objectives.
• Provide field guidance and on-the-job training to less experienced personnel.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience inrigless drilling, well completion, or well workover operations.
• Experience supervising complex or critical wells, including deep, high-pressure, sour-gas, or highly deviated wells.
• Strong knowledge of well-site safety, BOP requirements, drilling/workover procedures, and contractor management.
• Experience working withSaudi Aramco standards and proceduresis highly preferred.
• Willingness to work on a28-days-on/28-days-off rotational scheduleat remote onshore/offshore locations.
