Job description

• Install, align, and test antennas, feeder cables, microwave links, and other telecom equipment on towers and rooftops.
• Can perform work at height activities
• Knowledge of 2G, 3G,4G,5G
• Perform rigging, lifting, and hoisting tasks for telecom hardware installation.
• Ensure proper routing, grounding, and termination of feeder and fiber optic cables.
• Conduct site surveys and provide accurate reports regarding tower condition and installation feasibility.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tower-mounted equipment.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during tower climbing and rigging activities.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inspection of rigging tools, climbing gear, and safety equipment.
• Support engineers and project managers in completing telecom installation projects within deadlines.
• Prepare daily work reports and submit site completion documents.
