Detailed Job Description

As an RF Planning Engineer supporting advanced indoor wireless deployments at Appzlogic in Indore, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of indoor RF planning, coverage modeling, and High-Level Design (HLD) preparation. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing DAS and small cell architectures, conducting site surveys, performing antenna placement and cable routing, and executing RF power budget calculations. You will analyze critical metrics such as RSRP, SINR, RSSI, and throughput, manage PCI planning, EARFCN, TAC, RACH, and RSI configurations, and validate indoor RF propagation models using walk test data from TEMS or NEMO.
