Job summary

Write Your Destiny (WYD) in Indore, India, is seeking an RF Planning & Optimization Engineer to design and optimize wireless networks for indoor and enterprise environments. You will work on coverage, capacity, and QoS, using RF planning tools and conducting propagation studies to meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2–8 years of RF planning experience, hands-on use of Atoll, RanPlan, and iBwave, and strong communication skills to collaborate with project teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field is required.
• 2-8 years of RF Planning and Optimization experience.
• Hands-on experience with RF planning tools (Atoll, RanPlan, iBwave) and small-cell deployments.
• Strong knowledge of indoor enterprise wireless coverage planning and RF propagation.

Detailed Job Description

As an RF Planning & Optimization Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and optimizing wireless networks to ensure optimal coverage, capacity, and quality of service. You will work on indoor and enterprise wireless solutions, conduct RF analysis, perform propagation modeling, and support small-cell deployments.

The role requires hands-on expertise with RF planning tools such as Atoll, RanPlan, and iBwave, along with a strong understanding of wireless propagation, indoor coverage solutions, and network performance optimization techniques.

Working closely with project teams, customers, and implementation engineers, you will help deliver high-quality wireless network designs that meet customer requirements and performance objectives.
