Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Create, modify, and maintain Revit Families based on project requirements.
• Prepare electrical layouts, power layouts, lighting layouts, cable tray routing, conduit routing, and related design drawings.
• Produce 2D drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality design models.
• Update BIM models and drawings based on engineering inputs.
• Learn and support Instrumentation Design deliverables, including instrument layouts and cable routing.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Electrical Revit Designer with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical BIM modeling, Revit Family Creation, and drawing production. While the primary skill requirement is Revit, the candidate should be eager to learn and work in Instrumentation Design. This role offers an excellent opportunity to transition into instrumentation projects while leveraging strong Revit modeling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 3D electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Create, modify, and maintain Revit Families based on project requirements.
• Prepare electrical layouts, power layouts, lighting layouts, cable tray routing, conduit routing, and related design drawings.
• Produce 2D drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality design models.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 - 10 years of experience as an Electrical Revit Designer, Electrical BIM Modeler, or Revit MEP Designer.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Hands-on experience in Revit Family Creation and customization.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience in electrical BIM modeling and drafting.
• Good understanding of electrical systems such as lighting, power, cable trays, and conduit routing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness and flexibility to learn Instrumentation Design and work on instrumentation projects.
• Strong learning attitude and adaptability to new engineering disciplines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong Revit modeling skills are the primary requirement.
