Job summary

Rcpc is seeking a CAD Draughtsman to produce ACAD and REVIT civil/structural drawings in line with company standards. You will coordinate revisions, undertake site visits, and liaise with architects, engineers, authorities and clients to ensure accurate detailing.

The role requires close collaboration with managers and team leaders, a focus on quality control, and effective communication across the project team.

Responsibilities

• Produce ACAD and REVIT Civil/structural drawings to the required company standards assigned by the Manager/Team Leader or CAD Manager.
• Coordinate drawing revisions and submissions as per company established procedures.
• Undertake site visits to enable preparation of detailed drawings schematic plans.
• Communicate effectively with all team members and company staff.
• Undertake a high standard of self-checking of drawings and documents produced, as well as assist, with internal quality assurance checking and procedures for work done by other staff.
• Liaise with project architects, other engineering disciplines, sub-consultants, government and local authorities, clients and other Archetype Group offices as required.
