Job summary

Vertiv Co in India seeks a BIM modeller to develop and manage BIM models using Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP services. You will produce 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation while coordinating with multiple disciplines to resolve clashes.

The role requires ensuring model accuracy, maintaining BIM standards, and updating libraries. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is essential for effective coordination and delivery.

Qualifications

Job description

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP services.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate BIM models with various disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate with project stakeholders.
• Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project BIM standards.
• Generate schedules, quantity take-offs, and reports from BIM models.
• Incorporate design revisions and maintain model updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and assist in resolving coordination issues.
• Support project teams by providing technical modelling solutions and design documentation.
• Manage linked models, work-sharing environments, and BIM deliverables.
• Maintain BIM libraries, templates, and standards.
• LOD300 TO LOD400/LOD500 Preparation.
• Creation of Revit Family.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes
