Meazure Learning, Hyderabad-based, is hiring a Reviewer to assess and process sessions (Review + and Record +) for universities and institutions. You will monitor recorded sessions to ensure conformity to instructors' guidelines and notify the Site Manager within SLA timelines.

The role requires a degree and 0–6 months in voice/non-voice processes, with strong written and verbal communication. Work from office with core hours 9 am–6 pm IST and 9 pm–6 am IST, rotational off-days, and

Responsibilities

• Review different levels of sessions (Review + and Record +) and process to Universities accordingly from the Review Queue.
• Review Incident Reports raised by proctors from Live + sessions and process to universities with the SLA.
• Prioritize sessions from the Review Queue based on SLA and ensure timely processing.
• Add touchpoints, comments, and Incident Reports to sessions during reviews.
• Perform reviews based on clients, session complexity, and client instructions.
• Coordinate with Site Manager to address challenges during review and discuss needs with stakeholders.
• Submit incident reports to clients when academic integrity breaches are observed.
• Acquire latest updates from Site Manager, Clients, and CSMs related to the process.

The Role

Reviewers are responsible for assessing and processing the different levels of sessions (Review +, Record +) from Meazure Learning to our Clients (Universities & Institutions). The Reviewer will monitor the recorded sessions from Record + & Review + to assess conformity to the guidelines & instructions mentioned by the Instructors and Professors from the Universities (Clients) and notify the Site Manager and clients on the observations made in the given time frame of the Service Level Agreement.

The Responsibilities

• Review different levels of sessions (Review + and Record +) and process the sessions to the Universities accordingly from the Review Queue.
• Review the Incident Reports raised by the proctors from Live + sessions and process the incident reports to the universities & institutions accordingly with the given SLA.
• Prioritize the sessions from the Review Queue based on SLA (Service Level Agreement) and ensure the pending sessions are processed within the SLA.
• Add necessary touch points, comments & Incident Reports to the sessions in the reviews.
• Perform reviews based on clients, complexity of sessions, and client specific instructions.
• Participate & coordinate with Site Manager to address and resolve any challenges while in review process.
• Participate with the Site Manager in the discussions to identify needs and expectations.
• Submit the incident reports from the sessions to the clients, if caught any academic integrity breaches/suspicious behaviors.
• Acquiring the latest updates accordingly on the reviews which are received from the Site Manager, Clients & CSM’s (Client Success Managers) related to the process.
