Meazure Learning is seeking a Jr. Desktop Support Engineer to join its IT team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on providing end-user technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring smooth operation of Windows and macOS environments.

You will install, configure, and maintain OSs and software, assist users via phone, email, or in person, and participate in regular system maintenance, backups, and patch management. Fresh graduates are encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Fresher with relevant internship/education
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and network concepts.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our IT team as a Jr. Desktop Support Engineer. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring that all desktop systems, hardware, software, and peripheral devices function efficiently.

The Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other devices.
• Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware peripherals.
• User Assistance: Respond to user inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or in-person to resolve technical issues promptly.
• System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and patch management.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and hardware/software inventories.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest technology trends, software updates, and industry best practices.

The Desired Attributes:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Fresher
• Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
  • Familiarity with network concepts and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of Active Directory.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
