Job summary

Meazure Learning in Hyderabad is looking for a Reviewer to assess and process different levels of sessions (Review +, Record +) for Universities and Institutions, ensuring conformity to instructor guidelines within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

The Reviewer will monitor both live and recorded sessions, add comments and incident reports, and prioritize work from the Review Queue to meet SLA timelines. The role involves coordination with the Site Manager and Clients to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• A degree in any discipline is preferred.
• 0–6 months of experience in voice, non-voice, or semi-voice processes are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review different levels of sessions (Review + and Record +) and process the sessions to the Universities accordingly from the Review Queue.
• Review the Incident Reports raised by the proctors from Live + sessions and process the incident reports to the universities & institutions accordingly with the given SLA.
• Prioritize the sessions from the Review Queue based on SLA and ensure the pending sessions are processed within the SLA.
• Add necessary touch points, comments & Incident Reports to the sessions in the reviews.
• Perform reviews based on clients, complexity of sessions, and client specific instructions.
• Coordinate with Site Manager to address and resolve challenges during review process.

The Role:

Reviewers are responsible for assessing and processing the different levels of sessions (Review +, Record +) from Meazure Learning to our Clients (Universities & Institutions). The Reviewer will monitor the recorded sessions from Record + & Review + to assess conformity to the guidelines & instructions mentioned by the Instructors and Professors from the Universities (Clients) and notify the Site Manager and clients on the observations made in the given time frame of the Service Level Agreement.

The Responsibilities:

• Review different levels of sessions (Review + and Record +) and process the sessions to the Universities accordingly from the Review Queue.
• Review the Incident Reports raised by the proctors from Live + sessions and process the incident reports to the universities & institutions accordingly with the given SLA.
• Prioritize the sessions from the Review Queue based on SLA (Service Level Agreement) and ensure the pending sessions are processed within the SLA.
• Add necessary touch points, comments & Incident Reports to the sessions in the reviews.
• Perform reviews based on clients, complexity of sessions, and client specific instructions.
• Participate & coordinate with Site Manager to address and resolve any challenges while in review process.
• Participate with the Site Manager in the discussions to identify needs and expectations.
• Submit the incident reports from the sessions to the clients, if caught any academic integrity breaches/suspicious behaviors.
• Acquiring the latest updates accordingly on the reviews which are received from the Site Manager, Clients & CSM’s (Client Success Managers) related to the process.

• Work from Office Opportunity
• Location: Malkajgiri
• Core Hours: 9 am – 6 pm (IST) and 9 pm – 6 am (IST)
• Core Days Worked: Rotational Week Offs
