Job summary

RF Managed Services is seeking an experienced accounting professional to maximize revenue and ensure accuracy across accounting processes. You will act as a key liaison with management, driving financial reporting and analysis for the division.

The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving within a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in real estate or related finance domains is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Process all transaction billings in RMS and research discrepancies.
• Reconcile transactions and track second half billings based on contingencies.
• Prepare quarterly and yearly revenue reports and Revenue accounting per ASC 606/IFRS 15.
• Assist with new business processes and communicate with management.
• General ledger accounting and monthly financial reporting and analysis.
• Investigate and report inconsistencies or improprieties to the Manager.
• Analyze data to ensure proper accounting procedures are followed.
• Support special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.

Job Summary:

Responsible for maximize revenue and bringing to attention any issues regarding accounting, business procedures, or finances. Serve as a point of contact and relay information to management.

Essential Job Duties:

Process all transaction billings in Revenue Management System (RMS) system and research discrepancies.

Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data; track second half billings based on contingencies, occupancy, etc.

Prepare quarterly and yearly revenue reports & Revenue accounting -as per ASC 606/IFRS 15

Assist with the new business processes and work with management.

Cash reconciliations, payment date accounting, monthly reporting and report production, daily modeling, analysis and reporting and financial Analysis.

Responsible for day- to-day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas

Research and resolve inquiries for assigned functional areas; Investigate and report to the Manager any inconsistencies or improprieties.

Analyze data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed.

Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance Projects as assigned by Management

Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the division’s performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.

Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls, and apply them.

Prepare and process checks.

Skills, Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree; in Accounting, Finance or related area preferred

Minimum of 5+ years of experience

Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational and attention to detail

Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills; Independent worker with the ability to conduct research & resolve complex problems

Ability to prioritize and work in a challenging & fast paced environment

Ability to handle multiple projects and decisions in critical situations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion is required

Knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques required

Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude

Real Estate industry and terminology a plus

Financial modeling expertise a plus

May perform other duties as assigned
