Job summary

Astrotalk Store is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations in Gurugram. You will lead a store team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include inventory control, reporting, and aligning with promotions, while maintaining standards.

The role requires strong leadership, retail knowledge, and proficiency with Excel and POS systems. Bachelor's degree preferred. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity at our Gurugram location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in store management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and retail POS systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Ability to drive sales while maintaining operational excellence.
