About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Retail Sales & Merchandising Manager to lead sales performance, drive retail execution, and optimize inventory and assortment strategy across modern trade and key accounts. If you thrive in data-backed merchandising and have experience scaling brand visibility in retail chains — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Align OTB, markdowns, and promotions for seasonal & core products.

Lead assortment planning, inventory lifecycle management, and store-level execution.

Execute flawless visual merchandising across retail formats (gondolas, shelves, end caps).

Oversee demand forecasting, replenishment, and data-driven inventory decisions using Excel, SAP BI/HANA, SQL, Power BI.

Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams.

What You Bring:

5–10 years of experience in retail sales & merchandising across modern trade or organized retail

Expertise in assortment planning, product lifecycle management, and sell-through analysis

Strong command of visual merchandising standards & partner negotiations

Advanced Excel, data tools (Power BI/SAP BI), and demand forecasting exposure

Excellent coordination, reporting, and leadership capabilities
