Job summary

Cosmo Films in Bengaluru seeks a customer-focused professional to deliver service excellence for pets, manage grooming and vet appointment scheduling, and drive sales with upselling. You will maintain stock accuracy, follow FIFO, and support team initiatives while ensuring hygiene and compliance with regulatory standards.

The role involves collaborating with the store team to ensure smooth operations, timely follow-ups, and proactive loss-prevention measures.

Qualifications

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused service to every customer.
• Accurately manage appointments for grooming and vet services with confirmations and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through active selling, upselling and cross selling.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotions for personalized suggestions.
• Maintain shrinkage at or below 1.5% of total net sales by following FIFO and accurate stock recording.
• Collaborate with store team to ensure smooth daily operations and participate in training.
• Be aware of licenses, hygiene, and safety protocols for inspections.

1. Customer Delight & Service Excellence Deliver a friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented experience for every pet parent and pet.

2. Efficient Booking & Service Support - Accurately manage customer

appointments for grooming and vet services, ensuring confirmations, timely follow-ups, and minimized waiting time.

3. Sales Target Achievement- Consistently meet or exceed department/category sales targets through active selling, upselling, and cross selling.

4. Product Knowledge & Recommendations- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotions to offer personalized suggestions to customers.

5. Shrinkage & Stock Control Support- Assist in maintaining shrinkage at or below 1.5% of total net sales by following FIFO, ensuring accurate

inward/outward stock recording, and promptly flagging discrepancies or

potential loss prevention concerns.

6. Team Collaboration & Engagement- Work closely with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations, contribute to training participation, and support team initiatives.

7. Compliance Awareness- Maintain awareness of store licenses, hygiene, and safety protocols, supporting preparedness for official inspections.
