About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join a leading international brand in the luxury and premium kids lifestyle segment.

The role involves selling premium kids clothing, accessories, toys, and lifestyle products while delivering a personalized and high-quality shopping experience to customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a polished personality, a passion for luxury retail, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable kids’ clothing, toys, accessories, and lifestyle products.
• Drive individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on the child’s age, occasion, preferences, and customer requirements.
• Explain product features, quality, design, and brand value confidently.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling across different product categories.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, including new collections, launches, offers, and seasonal products.
• Maintain a premium store environment in line with international brand standards.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure products are presented attractively.
• Handle customer queries, exchanges, returns, and feedback professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information and support CRM/clienteling activities.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and basic store operations.
• Follow company policies and ensure high standards of grooming, customer service, and store discipline.
• Keep track of competitor products, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Support the Store Manager and team in achieving overall business objectives.

Candidate Profile

• 0 – 4 years of experience in retail sales, premium retail, luxury fashion, lifestyle, kidswear, toys, or related industries.
• Experience with an international or premium/luxury brand will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Confident, well-groomed, and professionally presented.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products effectively.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for fashion, kids’ products, toys, and premium/luxury brands.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, MS Office, and CRM tools is preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
