Job summary

ONER in Bengaluru is seeking energetic Retail Sales Executives to represent the brand on the retail floor and create an engaging customer experience.

You will drive sales, assist customers with product selection, and maintain ONER's brand standards to ensure a seamless shopping journey. The role requires 0–2 years of experience, strong communication, and willingness to work weekends in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives who can represent the ONER brand on the retail floor and create an engaging experience for every customer.

Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales at the store, assisting customers with product selection, maintaining the brand's retail standards, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You will be the face of ONER at the store and will play an important role in building customer relationships and achieving store-level sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers on the retail floor in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ONER products based on their needs.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of ONER's products, features, benefits, sizing, and pricing.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Ensure the store is well-presented, organised, and aligned with ONER's visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain proper product displays, stock arrangement, size-wise organisation, and overall floor hygiene.

What We're Looking For:

• 0-2 years of experience in retail sales, fashion, lifestyle, sportswear, footwear, or consumer-facing roles.
• Freshers with strong communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first attitude with a strong willingness to engage and assist customers.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable spending extended periods on the retail floor.
• Good grooming and professional presentation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a retail/store team.
• Candidates with experience in sportswear, athleisure, fashion, fitness, or lifestyle retail will be preferred.

Work & Dress Requirements:

• 6 working days per week.
• A weekly off will be provided on any one day between Monday and Thursday, based on business/store requirements.
• Candidates must be comfortable working weekends and peak retail hours.
• Employees are required to wear the prescribed black ONER uniform while on duty.
• Candidates should maintain a clean, well-groomed, and professional appearance in line with the ONER brand image.
