Exotic India in Delhi invites a Retail Sales Associate Jewellery to join our premium showroom in Shahpur Jat. You will welcome customers, understand preferences, recommend jewellery, explain details, and drive sales while maintaining premium showroom standards.

We seek 1.5+ years jewellery retail experience, strong communication, professional appearance, and ability to handle targets. Travel to Shahpur Jat, South Delhi, weekends and retail hours. Competitive salary 3.6–4.5 LPA plus incentives.

Qualifications

1.5+ years of jewellery sales/retail experience.
Strong spoken communication and customer handling.
Professional, well-groomed appearance.
Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest products.
Comfort with sales targets and premium customers.
Basic knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, precious metals.
Basic computer/POS knowledge.

We are expanding our premium retail presence with our new showroom in Shahpur Jat, South Delhi, catering to discerning customers, including upper-middle-class and HNI clientele.

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate Jewellery who enjoys meeting customers, understands jewellery and knows how to turn a conversation into a memorable buying experience.

What You'll Do

Welcome customers and create a warm, premium shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery and products.
Explain product details, craftsmanship, materials and pricing confidently.
Drive sales, conversions and individual targets.

Coordinate closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store functioning.

We're Looking For

1.5+ years of experience in Jewellery Sales / Jewellery Retail / Showroom Sales.
Strong spoken communication and customer-handling skills.
Confident, well-groomed and professional personality.
