Job summary

Radhika Jewelers in Saharanpur invites an enthusiastic showroom associate to welcome customers, help them select jewelry, and present designs with clear explanations.

You will build trust through polite communication in Hindi, manage QR code saves, and engage customers via WhatsApp while keeping counters tidy and assisting billing and stock checks.

This role offers a supportive team, potential bonuses for targets, and a yearly salary in the 1.2–3 LPA range.

Qualifications

• 0 to 5 years of experience in a shop or showroom; experience in a jewelry store is a big advantage.
• Very comfortable speaking in Hindi and good at talking to people.
• Knows how to use a smartphone, WhatsApp, and basic apps easily.
• Polite, patient, and always ready to help the customer.
• Must be willing to live in Saharanpur.

• Help customers scan store QR codes to save their contact numbers and note down what type of jewelry they like.


• Send regular WhatsApp messages to customers to check on them and invite them back to the store.


• Keep the jewelry counters clean, properly arranged, and looking beautiful at all times.


• Help with customer billing and checking the daily jewelry stock.

Preferred candidate profile

• 0 to 5 years of experience working in a shop or showroom (experience in a jewelry store is a big advantage).
