Role Description

This full-time Retail Merchandiser role is an on-site position located in Jaipur. The Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and organizing product displays, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and presenting sarees, dress materials, and dupattas in a way that maximizes customer appeal and sales. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales staff, tracking product performance, implementing visual merchandising guidelines, and preparing store layouts for new collections and seasonal promotions. The role also involves monitoring inventory, recommending reordering or markdowns, and gathering feedback from customers and store teams to improve product placement and assortment. The Retail Merchandiser will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to support store events and brand initiatives.
