Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Retail Leasing / Commercial Leasing / Real Estate Advisory
• Strong understanding of retail, mall, and commercial property markets
• Experience in tenant acquisition, brand coordination, or leasing transactions
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and manage client relationships
• Strong market networking and business development skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
