Ideal Profile

• Experience in retail leasing; at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong network in the retail and real estate ecosystem.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies for retail properties (malls, high-street, mixed-use).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional brands.
• Drive occupancy and rental yield targets through innovative leasing plans.
• Negotiate LOIs, lease agreements, and manage end-to-end tenant onboarding.
• Lead market intelligence efforts to stay ahead of retail trends and competitor moves.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth tenant fit-outs and openings.
• Mentor and lead a team of leasing professionals across locations.
