Job summary

Gautam Modi Group in Mumbai seeks a role focused on coordinating Retail Finance and Insurance processes within the dealership network. You will work with Sales, Marketing and financiers to optimize offers and ensure smooth loan and insurance approvals.

You will build and maintain relationships with financiers, bankers and insurers, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor key performance metrics such as penetration and income per car.

Qualifications

• Understanding customer requirements for Retail Finance and penetration targets.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and financiers for offers.
• Ability to train sales teams on finance/insurance processes.
• Strong relationship management with financiers, bankers and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales team to understand customer requirements for Retail Finance.
• Ensure implementation of measures to meet Financier penetration targets and maximize benefits from finance sales.
• Understand customer perspective to define targeted offers and train the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing for rollout of finance and insurance offers and support common platforms with financiers and insurers.
• Support direct sales: explain documents and procedures for loan approval, log vehicle finance cases, track status, and confirm full payment.
• Coordinate with insurance service provider to close documentation and trigger vehicle registration and insurance processes.
• Manage relationships with financiers, bankers and insurers in the region and negotiate best offers and margins for dealers.
• Track Finance and Insurance measures: penetration rates, income per car, TAT, and related metrics.

Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

Retail Finance:

• Coordinate with the Sales team to constantly understand customer requirements for Retail Finance
• Ensure implementation of appropriate measures to meet the Financier penetration targets (VWFS and other ) and maximize benefits from finance sales
• Understand the customer perspective to define targeted customer offers across different segments and manage training of the sales team on the same
• Collaborate with marketing team for effective rollout of finance and insurance offers and provide support to the marketing team for creating common platforms with financiers and Insurance firms
• Provide support to the direct sales team to:
• Explain the documents and procedure required for loan approval to the customer with estimated loan approval lead time
• Log in the vehicle finance cases with the required documents
• Track the status of vehicle finance and update the same to the customer
• Receive confirmation of full payment (or DO) from the vehicle financer / customer

Insurance:

• Coordinate with the sales team and the insurance service provider to close documentation for all cases of vehicle insurance
• Trigger the vehicle registration and insurance process
• Take appropriate measures to ensure achievement of in house Insurance penetration targets set by the dealership

Relationship management

• Manage relationship with key financiers, bankers and Insurance firms in the region
• Negotiate the best possible offers and rates for customers and margins for the dealers
