Job summary

adidas is hiring a Retail Associate in Gurgaon to support in-store sales, customer engagement and everyday store operations. You will help deliver the brand experience, greet customers, explain features, and ensure product availability on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes teamwork, basic numeracy and strong communication, with a focus on meeting KPI targets and providing excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school education is a must.
• Preferably 6 months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Inspire consumer loyalty and effectively serve customers to meet sales targets.
• Execute store operations and replenish merchandising to ensure the full product offer is on display
• Process cash register transactions quickly and accurately
• Minimise loss in stockroom and on the sales floor and maintain safety standards
• Collaborate with team members and complete training programs to improve performance

Job Title- Retail Associate

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by:
• Passionately inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand
• Effectively serving and selling to customers
• Diligently executing store operations
• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.

• Use Seasonal Brand and product knowledge effectively during sales interactions
