Job summary

adidas in Gurgaon, India is seeking a Retail Associate to support sales, assist customers and uphold brand standards on the shop floor. You will help meet store targets by delivering friendly service and maintaining accurate till routines.

The role requires basic math and communication skills, a high school education, and up to 6 months' experience in fashion or sports retail. You will participate in product knowledge training and store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Preferably up to 6 months working in a sports/fashion retail environment.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, and work to meet or exceed them.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations.
• Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values.
• Use seasonal brand and product knowledge during sales interactions.
• Communicate product features and benefits to address customer needs.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures; maintain visuals and in-store communication.
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish fixtures to cover the full product offer.
• Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Minimize loss in stockroom and sales floor; ensure safe operations.
• Collaborate with team members and complete training programs.
