The successful candidate will oversee daily store activities, merchandising, inventory and budgets while driving sales and customer satisfaction in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing store operations on a day-to-day basis for smooth business.
• Visual merchandising, inventory management, stock taking and store P&L.
• Budgeting for events and seasonal launches of collections.
• Training and motivating staff to maximize sales results.
• Tracking, monitoring and evaluating sales data to meet objectives.
• Increasing sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction and support.
• Setting targets for team and self and achieving them as planned.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with customers.
• Managing store expenses and budgets.
• Analyzing competitive products regarding features, benefits and pricing.
• Preparing seasonal sales plans and targeting achievement.
• Collecting customer feedback and managing the loyalty program.
