Job summary

Tata Technologies in Pune seeks a design engineer for automotive restraint systems. You will lead airbag, steering wheel and seat belt design from concept to launch, using CATIA V5 for 3D modeling and 2D drawings. You will support DFMEA, DVP and CAE activities, manage PLM releases and coordinate with suppliers.

Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and on-site execution in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• CATIA V5 proficiency for 3D modeling and 2D drawings.
• Experience with PLM release processes and configuration management.
• Knowledge of GD&T principles and dimensional tolerance control.
• Familiarity with engineering plastics in automotive components.
