Job summary

Kofteci Foodkrafts in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Architect & Interior Designer for F&B and hospitality projects. You will lead from concept to execution, ensuring design quality, brand alignment, and on-site implementation across restaurants and cafés.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and expert knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization, rendering, and Revit. On-site work and cross‑functional coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Architecture and Interior Design.
• Strong portfolio of restaurant, hospitality, retail, or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural planning and interior design.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization and rendering tools.
• Knowledge of Revit and other design software will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction detailing.
• Good understanding of building services and coordination with MEP consultants.
• Strong site execution and project coordination experience.
• Ability to independently take a project from concept to completion.
• Strong creative, technical, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural and interior design projects for restaurants, cafés, and other F&B spaces.
• Develop concepts, layouts, space planning, and detailed design proposals.
• Prepare and review architectural, interior, furniture, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Visit project sites regularly to monitor execution and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Check dimensions, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other design elements at site.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and other technical requirements.
• Ensure designs are practical, functional, cost-effective, and aligned with F&B operational requirements.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Review BOQs, material specifications, quotations, and vendor proposals.
• Support the selection of materials, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and décor.
• Identify site issues and provide practical design solutions during execution.
• Ensure quality and design standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Work closely with the Operations, Projects, Marketing, and Management teams to understand brand and business requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project progress.
• Support the development and maintenance of design standards across the company's F&B brands.
