I had a highly disappointing experience with Jabit Soft. The interview process was unprofessional and seemed superficial. Mr. Rishabh Chaudhary conducted an interview for a candidate with 20-24 years of experience, yet the entire interaction lasted only about 5 minutes and consisted solely of a basic introduction. No technical or role-relevant questions were asked. The feedback given to HR was that the candidate lacked relevant skills-an assessment that seems baseless given the lack of any real evaluation. It's hard to understand how such a judgment could be made without a proper technical discussion. This raises serious concerns about the intent behind their interview process. It appears either the interviews are being conducted just for formality or the interviewer lacks the understanding to assess experienced professionals. I would advise candidates to be cautious and consider whether engaging with such a process is worth their time. At the very least, companies owe candidates a respectful and competent evaluation process.
