Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or related field
• Candidates who can work in Auroville / Puducherry are preferred
• Strong Restaurant Operations Management experience
• Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage Service
• Team handling and staff supervision
