Job summary

Unique Enterprise in Mumbai is seeking a Restaurant Captain to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding service in a fast-paced dining room. You will train and motivate staff, monitor guest feedback, and ensure smooth service during peak hours.

You will coordinate with the kitchen for timely dishes, manage inventory and POS systems, maintain health and safety standards, and implement improvements to boost customer satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
