nVent is seeking a procurement ESG analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. You will conduct supplier due-diligence, monitor ESG risks, and support sustainability reporting.

You will work with EcoVadis, CDP, and supplier risk platforms to gather data, analyze Scope 3 emissions, and prepare leadership-ready reports. Collaboration and attention to detail are essential in this role.

Competenze

• Academic background in business, supply chain, analytics, sustainability, or related field.
• 1–3+ years in procurement, ESG, sustainability reporting, or compliance analytics.
• Experience with EcoVadis, CDP, or supplier risk platforms preferred.

What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

• Complete supplier due-diligence and ongoing monitoring by conducting supplier risk, compliance, and ESG screenings, tracking remediation actions, and maintaining accurate records.
• Support EcoVadis and sustainability reporting by coordinating supplier outreach, follow-up, engagement, and analysis.
• Contribute to the Scope 3 emissions program by supporting data collection, reporting, and development.
• Maintain remediation trackers and evidence records by documenting supplier findings and keeping records audit-ready.
• Gather ESG and risk information and develop reports for leadership and audit purposes.
• Support supply chain resiliency by gathering and analyzing supplier data with the Global Sourcing team.
• Prepare for audits and respond to internal and external data and evidence requests.
• Ensure data quality by collaborating with the Data Analyst, Supplier Experience Manager, and Data Governance team to maintain supplier risk and master data integrity.

You have:

• Academic background in: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Previous experience in or with: 1-3+ years in procurement, ESG, sustainability reporting, or compliance analytics; experience with EcoVadis, CDP, or supplier risk platforms preferred; familiarity with supply chain resiliency is an advantage.
• Skills: Excel/Power Query, Power BI fundamentals, research, ESG reporting, GHG Scope calculation reporting, and the ability to present findings clearly to leadership.
