Support & Global Collaboration:

Troubleshoot issues for end-users globally. Collaborate with multinational teams across North America, Europe, India, and China. Lead and assist in upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain Epicor Application Studio customizations, including UI rules, events, data views, controls, and business logic Design and support SSRS reports, Report Data Definitions (RDDs), report styles, calculated fields, and operational reporting. Develop and troubleshoot Epicor REST/API integrations, Business Objects, Services, JSON payloads, and external system interfaces.
