Job summary

CBM India is seeking a Resource Mobilization Executive to be the face of our cause in public spaces across India. You’ll engage with shoppers in malls, markets, and events, sharing stories and inviting support through one-time or monthly donations.

No prior fundraising experience required; graduates with 0–2 years in related fields are welcome. You’ll receive training, mentorship, and a clear path to growth while contributing to disability-inclusive development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the public.
• Familiarity with fundraising, sales, marketing, or public engagement is a plus.
• Freshers welcome; training and mentoring provided.
