Job summary

Thinkerbell Labs seeks a high-agency Partnerships professional to drive CSR fundraising and corporate partnerships in India. You will manage the lifecycle from prospecting to closure, engage CSR heads, build a strong pipeline, and report impact.

You will work with the Director of Business Operations and partners to translate social impact into fundable CSR propositions, maintaining CRM hygiene and following Indian CSR regulations.

Our focus is to make products that help improve learning outcomes for the visually impaired.

We are looking for a high-agency partnerships professional to drive Thinkerbell Labs' CSR fundraising and corporate partnerships efforts in India.
This role requires a working understanding of the CSR ecosystem, an existing network of decision-makers in corporate sustainability and CSR functions, and the drive to convert relationships into closed, high-value partnerships. The ideal candidate combines sales rigour with a nuanced understanding of CSR compliance frameworks, corporate decision‑making cycles, and social‑sector knowhow.

What you will be doing?

If you're hired for this role, you will be taking up the following responsibilities among others:

• Own and deliver CSR fundraising and corporate partnership targets across sectors.
• Independently open doors with CSR heads, sustainability leads, and corporate foundation contacts using your existing network.
• Build and manage a qualified, high‑quality pipeline of CSR and corporate partnership prospects.
• Lead the full partnership lifecycle: prospecting, proposal, pitching, negotiation, closure, and reporting.
• Represent Thinkerbell Labs in CSR forums, events, corporate sustainability networks, and relevant industry convenings.
• Work closely with the Director of Business Operations, non‑profit implementation partners, and internal teams to translate impact into fundable, CSR‑compliant propositions.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and contribute to the pipeline reporting cadence.

What you'll need to bring to the table?

• 5+ years of relevant experience in CSR partnerships, corporate fundraising, or foundations.
• An existing personal network of CSR and sustainability decision‑makers.
• Working knowledge of CSR regulations (Companies Act, Section 135) and corporate CSR budget and approval cycles in India.
• Comfort engaging CXOs, CSR heads, and senior corporate stakeholders directly.
• Strong proposal writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• High ownership and execution focus; comfortable working in a lean, early‑stage team without heavy structure.
• Interpersonal and critical‑thinking skills.

Good to have:

• Experience in or adjacent to the education, disability inclusion, or assistive technology sectors.
• Familiarity with FCRA and NGO‑partner‑routed CSR fund flows.
• Experience leading CSR fundraising teams.

• Identifying and onboarding beneficiaries and users who will benefit from our products.
• Handling client questions, inquiries, and challenges with professionalism and care.

• Reaching out to companies for funding and collaborations to fuel our growth.
• Preparing and sending quotes, proposals, and project reports to drive deals forward.

• Pursuing or completed an undergraduate/postgraduate degree in management, engineering, or equivalent.

• Prior experience in B2B, B2C, or B2G sales.

If you're studying liberal arts, social work, or development studies and want to understand how social impact actually gets funded and scaled in India, this is a front‑row seat. You will work directly alongside our Corporate Partnerships & CSR Lead, learning how a deep‑tech social enterprise builds relationships with corporate CSR teams, structures partnerships under India's CSR law (Companies Act, Section 135), and turns funding into real classroom deployments for children with visual impairments.

What will you be doing?

If you're hired for this role, you will be taking up the following responsibilities among others:

• Research and map potential corporate CSR partners — sustainability leads, CSR heads, and foundations working in education and disability inclusion.
• Support the development of partnership proposals, impact narratives, and pitch materials.
• Help track and organise the partnerships pipeline (CRM support, meeting notes, follow‑ups).
• Assist with preparing content for CSR compliance requirements and impact reporting.
• Get exposure to real partner meetings and, as you build confidence, take on direct contact with prospects.
• Support the design of outcome and impact metrics that make our case to funders compelling and honest.

What you'll need to bring to the table:

• Students and recent graduates of liberal arts, social work, and development studies programs — no prior CSR experience needed.
• Genuine interest in disability inclusion, education equity, or the broader development and social sector as a career direction.
• Strong writing and communication skills — you will be drafting real materials that go in front of corporate decision‑makers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a self‑starter mindset; you will be trusted with real responsibility quickly.
• Curiosity about how funding, policy, and grassroots impact connect.
• A knack for developing networks and making the ask.
• Basic comfort with spreadsheets and CRM tools (we'll teach you the rest).
