Job summary

CBM India Trust is seeking a Team Coach to lead a street-based fundraising team across urban spaces, malls, corporate premises, and residential communities. You will inspire and coach fundraisers, drive donor acquisition, and ensure a high-performing field operation.

You will conduct on-the-job coaching, monitor performance, assist with onboarding and training, and maintain accurate reports. A passion for social impact and people leadership is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Leader, Team Coach, or similar people-management role.
• Experience in face-to-face fundraising, sales promotion, direct marketing, customer acquisition, NGO fundraising, or field sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team management skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with the public.
