Job summary

CBM India Trust in Bengaluru is seeking a Team Coach to lead and motivate a team of face-to-face fundraisers across streets, malls, and corporate premises. You will drive donor acquisition, develop fundraising talent, and ensure a high-performing, engaged team in the field.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication and coaching skills, and a willingness to work in the field with the public.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader or Team Coach or similar people-management role.
• Experience in face-to-face fundraising, field sales, or NGO fundraising is preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team-management skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader, Team Coach, or similar people-management role.
• Experience in face-to-face fundraising, sales promotion, direct marketing, customer acquisition, NGO fundraising, or field sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team management skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with the public.
