Job summary

Four Pillars Infosys is seeking a Resource Manager in Hyderabad to oversee end-to-end resource fulfilment aligned with business needs. The role requires forecasting across skill sets, optimizing bench utilization, and partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition to shape staffing plans.

You will drive KPI-based performance reviews, manage governance with delivery leads, and maintain data dashboards to enable data-driven planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA (HR) with a focus on people management and delivery.
• Extensive experience in resource planning, forecasting, and scheduling.

• Manage end-to-end resource fulfilment aligned with business and delivery needs.
• Oversee resource deployment, billing, and headcount planning.
• Drive strategic experience management initiatives and service improvements.
• Monitor utilization, service levels, turnaround times, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Forecast demand and plan capacity across skill sets.
• Optimize bench utilization and resource redeployment.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring and workforce planning.
• Define and track KPIs for utilization, productivity, and performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with delivery leads.
• Manage stakeholder discussions, governance, and staffing escalations.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for resource availability, utilization, and forecasting.
• Use data-driven insights to support planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / MBA (HR).
• 12-14 years of overall experience, with 8+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end resource management, deployment, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Exposure to short- and long-term resource planning is an advantage.

Mode of Work:

Mandatory Work from Office 4 days.
