Job summary

Atidan Technologies is seeking a Resource Management Executive to oversee resource planning, allocation, and capacity management across delivery teams. You will collaborate with HR, Recruitment, and project managers to optimize utilization and drive billability.

You will maintain the internal Resource Planner, monitor bench strength, and prepare utilization reports while supporting onboarding/offboarding and skill development initiatives across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource management or workforce planning.
• Strong Excel reporting and data analysis skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of SDLC and IT services industry.
• Educational background in IT/CS/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage allocation and utilization of resources based on availability, skills, and project priorities.
• Update and maintain resource allocation in the internal Resource Planner.
• Monitor utilization, billability, and bench strength; prepare reports.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for resources.
• Share suitable resource profiles for client requirements and staffing needs.
• Review project plans to optimize allocation and scheduling.
• Assist in workforce capacity planning with Delivery Managers and Recruitment.
• Maintain the employee skill matrix.
• Address performance concerns and resolve allocation conflicts with HR/Delivery.
• Collaborate with Training Managers to identify skill gaps and learning journeys.
• Prepare and maintain reports on utilization, productivity, and metrics.

Job Description

The Resource Management Executive will be responsible for the overall resource management function, ensuring effective resource planning, allocation, utilization, and capacity management. The role involves collaborating with Delivery, Recruitment, HR, and Project Management teams to optimize resource utilization while maintaining high levels of productivity and billability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the allocation and utilization of technical resources based on availability, skills, experience, project priorities, and time zone requirements.
• Update and maintain resource allocation details in the internal Resource Planner software, ensuring allocation records are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor resource utilization, billability, and bench strength, and prepare regular utilization and productivity reports.
• Coordinate project onboarding and offboarding activities for resources.
• Share suitable resource profiles for client requirements and internal staffing needs.
• Review project plans to optimize resource allocation and scheduling.
• Assist in workforce capacity planning by collaborating with Delivery Managers and the Recruitment team.
• Maintain and regularly update the employee skill matrix.
• Work closely with HR and Delivery teams to address resource performance concerns, resolve allocation conflicts, and support succession planning initiatives.
• Partner with Training Managers, Technical Leads, and Project Managers to identify skill gaps and develop learning journeys for employees.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to resource utilization, productivity, billability, and allocation metrics.

• Understanding of the IT services business model and familiarity with Microsoft technology stacks is preferred.

Experience Eligibility

• 0-2 years of experience in Resource Management or Workforce Planning.
• Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Location: Hybrid work model (Office located in Andheri East, Mumbai)
• Working Hours: 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM
