Alliance Recruitment Agency in India is seeking an on-site Construction Project Manager to supervise day-to-day operations, ensure execution per approved drawings and specifications, and maintain quality benchmarks. You will coordinate contractors, vendors, and client communications, while enforcing QA/QC and HSE standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and meticulous documentation to support timely handover and project closeout.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations on-site and ensure execution per drawings, specs, and quality benchmarks.
• Implement and monitor contract terms, track variations, change orders, and claims.
• Enforce QA/QC procedures, inspect materials, and lead site inspections.
• Monitor schedule progress and identify delays, proposing mitigations.
• Enforce HSE policies and conduct safety audits and toolbox talks.
• Serve as liaison between client, contractors, consultants, and site teams; submit progress reports.
• Address technical/site challenges and document deviations or unforeseen conditions.
• Maintain records of site instructions, approvals, inspections, and correspondence.
• Supervise commissioning, finalize punch lists, and assist in project closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Project SupervisionOversee day-to-day construction operations on-site.Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks.Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• 2. Contract ManagementImplement and monitor contract terms and project scope.Certify completed works for billing and payment processing.Track and evaluate contract variations, change orders, and claims.
• 3. Quality ControlEnforce quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures.Conduct material inspections and verify workmanship.Lead periodic site inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken as required.
• 4. Schedule MonitoringTrack construction progress against the baseline schedule.Identify potential delays and propose mitigation measures.Ensure adherence to project milestones and delivery timelines.
• 5. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)Enforce HSE policies and legal compliance on-site.Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and toolbox meetings.Promote a culture of safety and proactive risk management.
• 6. Communication & CoordinationAct as the primary liaison between the client, contractors, consultants, and site teams.Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, meeting minutes, and updates.Facilitate site meetings and resolve coordination issues.
• 7. Issue ResolutionProactively address technical and site-related challenges.Resolve conflicts between stakeholders and ensure work continuity.Manage and document unforeseen site conditions and deviations.
• 8. Documentation & Records ManagementMaintain organized records of site instructions, approvals, inspections, and correspondence.Oversee preparation and collection of as-built drawings and documentation.Support in audit and compliance checks.
• 9. Commissioning & HandoverSupervise final testing, inspection, and commissioning of systems.Verify completion of punch list items and rectify deficiencies.Assist in final handover and project closeout processes.
