About the Company
Enabling.Win Pvt. Ltd. is a conveyor equipment manufacturer with deep expertise in the food processing industry, now pushing towards global markets. We thrive on innovation, precision, and building equipment that performs in the toughest environments. We believe R&D is not just about ideas, but about disciplined experimentation, learning from failures, and turning those learnings into competitive advantage.
Role Purpose
We’re looking for a creative yet methodical R&D Engineer who can challenge assumptions, explore unconventional approaches, and steadily advance our product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who believes progress is built one iteration at a time—and is not afraid to experiment, fail, and try again.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design next generation conveyor systems and related equipment
- Explore new materials, mechanisms, and manufacturing processes (especially in stainless steel fabrication)
- Balance creativity with practicality—design for manufacturability, cost, and reliability
- Build and test prototypes rapidly, incorporating feedback and test results into iterative improvements
- Maintain a structured record of trials, results, and learnings for future reference
- Problem Solving: Approach challenges from multiple angles; apply lateral thinking to overcome technical and functional constraints
- Reverse engineer problems to understand root causes and develop elegant solutions
- Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth transition from R&D to production
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for specialised components or processes
- Stay updated on global trends in conveyor technology, automation, and materials handling
- Adapt and refine designs for both domestic and export market requirements
Candidate Profile
Must Have:
- ~5 years of experience in product design / R&D in machinery, industrial equipment, or related sectors
- Strong conceptual design and problem solving skills
- Comfort with trial and error and the discipline to learn from failed experiments
- Proficiency in CAD tools and engineering analysis (FEA, motion studies, etc.)
- Degree from a premium engineering institute
Good to Have:
- Exposure to stainless steel fabrication techniques
