Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop conveyor systems, rejection mechanisms, and automated material handling solutions for industrial applications.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams, automation engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of designed systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, mechanical stress analysis, and material selection for various industrial applications.
• Develop 3D CAD models, detailed engineering drawings, and BOMs using software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety and quality standards (ISO, ANSI, OSHA, etc.) in all designs.
• Optimize existing conveyor and rejection systems to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance performance.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source appropriate components and materials.
• Provide technical documentation, installation guidelines, and troubleshooting support for designed systems.
• Participate in on-site installations, testing, and commissioning of conveyor and rejection systems.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in designing conveyor systems, rejection mechanisms, or industrial automation equipment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in food processing, pharmaceutical, automotive, or FMCG industries.
• Knowledge of PLC integration and industrial automation systems.
• Exposure to simulation tools (ANSYS, Abaqus) for stress and motion analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with prototype development and testing.
