Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with strong fundamentals in organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory experiments and purification techniques (chromatography, crystallization, distillation).
• Basic understanding of analytical techniques such as HPLC, NMR, LCMS, GC.
• Ability to maintain laboratory notebooks, record and analyze data, and prepare experiment reports.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to plan and complete reactions within timelines.
• Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 2 years of R&D experience preferred.
