Chon Pharma Chem Pvt Ltd in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, seeks a senior R&D leader to drive end-to-end projects from lab-scale design to pilot-scale up and technology transfer. You will mentor a team of scientists in organic synthesis, route scouting, and process optimization to deliver innovative products.

The role requires hands-on multi-step synthesis, proficiency with analytical tools, and strong cross-functional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end R&D projects from lab-scale design to pilot scale-up and technology transfer.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of scientists to drive organic synthesis, route scouting, process optimization, and new product development (NPD).
• Author and review Technical documentation like PDR, BMR, SOP, safety protocols, ISO etc..
• Hands-on expertise in multi-step organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms.
• Proficiency with analytical instruments like NMR, GC, GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS, FTIR, UV-Vis
• Strong understanding of process safety, waste treatment, and scale-up engineering principles.
• Strong project management, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
