Job summary

Honour Lab is seeking a skilled Process Chemist to lead multi-step organic synthesis of APIs, intermediates, and specialty chemicals in a fast-paced CDMO setting in Delhi. You will develop scalable routes for pilot plant and commercial manufacture, perform route scouting, impurity profiling, and yield improvements, and collaborate across Analytical, Production, QA, and QC teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and process chemistry.
• Experience in multi-step synthesis, purification, crystallization, and process optimization.
• Hands-on experience in process scale-up and technology transfer within pharmaceutical CDMO environments.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, NMR, and LC-MS.
• Strong documentation, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in speciality chemicals is preferred.
