Job summary

Ipca in India seeks a experienced Senior Research Chemist to contribute to API synthesis and organic chemistry projects in a collaborative team. You will develop new chemical entities, perform reaction screening, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while working with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate holds MS/M.Sc in Organic Chemistry with 4–9 years in pharma R&D, strong knowledge of reaction mechanisms and spectroscopy, and excellent communication skills for stakeholder

Qualifications

• MS/MSc in Organic Chemistry with strong background in synthesis.
• Experience in pharma API research and CRO/CDMO environments is desirable.
• Familiarity with reaction mechanisms, spectroscopy, and data interpretation.
