Job summary

Senso Foods is seeking a leader for New Product development in Foods & Beverages, Premix and Ready-to-Drink categories. The role emphasizes packaging development and a strong focus on product and process development to innovate and commercialise new products and technologies.

You will manage a team of product specialists/technologists, oversee formulation development and testing, sourcing of suppliers and materials, and work with marketing, sales, manufacturing and procurement to translate

• New Product development in Foods & Beverages Industry (Premix Category, Ready to drink category)
• Packaging Development Enhancement, Strong interest in Product and Process development
• Innovate and commercialise new products/technology and contribute to the long-term growth of the Food business
• Manage a team of product specialist/technologist to constantly innovate the product and process technology
• Taking charge of the function with responsibilities including New Product Development such as formulation development / testing, packaging development and help in sourcing of suppliers / materials
• Keeping abreast of emerging market trends and technology advancement, selection of new ingredients and product design
• Working seamlessly with marketing, sales, manufacturing and procurement team to meet, translate and evaluate the consumer needs into winning products of the highest quality
• Leading the organization's efforts in new products, product enhancements and existing product redesign. Evaluates the potential and practicality of products in development and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
