Job Position

Research and Development Chemist – Epoxy Formulation

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development on epoxy resins, hardeners, and related chemical products, focusing on formulation design, performance enhancement, and application development.
• Plan, execute, and analyze laboratory experiments to evaluate chemical properties under various conditions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Production, Quality Control, and Sales) to support new product development and resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Entry‑level or Senior R&D Chemist with 3–10 years of experience in the epoxy or chemical industry (Required)
• Legally authorized to work in India (Required)
• Must be able to travel within India for business without restrictions (Required)
• Master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Required)
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) (Preferred)
