• Collate and analyse data to identify growth opportunities
• Building knowledge base of companies, candidates etc.
• Monitor and evaluate executives and sector developments to contribute firm's knowledge
• Research support to global mandates and research projects as per business needs
• Significant contribution in executing mandates involving Talent Mapping Assignments of CXO and leadership team for our clients
• Closely work and collaborate with Consultants, Research Principals, Research Associates as per the business's requirements
• Collating information about companies and executives
• Contribute in knowledge creation initiatives of the company -
  • To continuously track technology and product development, analyse and predict market trends
  • Identify Strategic Opportunities and critical success factors required to achieve business growth
  • Keep pace with industry developments, fundings, partnership etc.
  • Understand business implications/products innovations
  • Identify and evaluate industry best practices
