Spencer Stuart in India seeks an Analyst/Senior Analyst to support search strategies by producing industry analyses, talent pool mappings, and client-ready documents. This is an early to mid‑level role (0 to 4 years) reporting to the Practice Consultant / Research Director.
You will analyze industries, develop target company lists, and help create high‑quality client materials. Collaboration with CDT and practice teams will expand your industry expertise and impact.
Analyst / Senior Analyst Role (0 to 4 years of Consulting/Executive Search experience)
Research Analysts are responsible for supporting the search strategy by producing industry and/or functional analysis reports and talent pool mappings for active search assignments, internal meetings, and new business initiatives. This includes competitive information, trends across sub‑sectors, target company list development and potential prospect identification.
Research Analysts assist in providing analysis and conclusions to be incorporated into client‑ready documentation. Additionally, they conduct proactive research (identification) that may be dedicated to a practice group or for local assignment needs and may also focus on special projects that expand and enhance knowledge across the practice.This person interfaces with key team members within the practice/search team as well as the CDT (corporate development teams) in the practice.
Reports to: Practice Consultant / Research Director.
Other key relationships: Associates, Senior Associates & Consultants; Firm‑wide CDT team; Other Research Analysts; Admin team; Office Manager.
